Prenatal yoga is a safe activity for pregnant women. It’s a privileged moment for the woman to develop strength and flexibility while enjoying a moment with herself and baby in order to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety and certain discomforts that can be caused by pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is also a time where we practice breathing and visualization to help us throughout pregnancy but also in preparation for childbirth. It is a great preparation for childbirth but also a time of sharing and learning together.
