Prenatal yoga

Waiting for Baby

BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2024

Prenatal yoga is a great and safe activity for pregnant women. It is a special time for women to develop strength and flexibility while enjoying a moment with themselves and the baby to calm the mind, to alleviate stress and anxiety as well as certain discomforts that may be caused by pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is also a time where we practice breathing and visualization to help us throughout pregnancy, but also in preparation for delivery. It is a good preparation for childbirth, but also a time conducive to exchange and learning.

The Prenatal and Young Families Center offers various workshops to support parents and their children. “Waiting for baby” prepares future parents for birth. “With baby (0 to 12 months)” stimulates the development of babies with fun activities. “With children (13 months to 5 years)” encourages the overall development of young children through play and development. Finally, the “Cafés Causeries” offer exchange spaces for parents, with parallel activities for children.
