Our vision

The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Prenatal and Young Families Center is a recognized resource that allows each individual, each child and each parent to benefit from warm and human support and support in order to achieve their full potential.

Our values

Warm welcome

The first meeting is decisive, because it is at this moment that the first contact link is created. Look at the parent or child as being unique, learn about their needs by taking the time to listen to them and support them in their choices. Welcoming implies vigilance and sensitivity towards others. Parents need to know that what they are going through is understood.

Mutual aid

Our organization's activities promote mutual assistance through the sharing of lived experiences, support and listening between parents and stakeholders. Beautiful relationships of friendship between parents are created and this contributes to enriching the exchanges between them. For staff and volunteers, helping each other means helping each other and feeling part of a team working toward the same common goal. For our team, social support has become our priority.

Blossoming

Families live in a living environment that meets the diversity of their needs. We offer local services, infrastructures, resources and activities that have an effect on the development of families. The family is a privileged place for the development of the child: in fact the privileged place to ensure the best development of the child is and remains the family.

Social justice

The organization values a welcoming and inclusive approach for all equally.

Respect

Respect as defined is a feeling of consideration and respect for yourself and for a person. Respect is demonstrated by our attitude, by our language and by the acceptance of differences. Contact with our families puts us in a constant situation with the respect that gives the parent his value as a parent.

Equality

We consider all parents to be equal. Each parent receives the same attention, the same sensitivity, regardless of ethnicity, social status, and culture. This means having access to different services and activities.
