With Baby (0-12 months)

Yoga helps mothers regain strength and flexibility after pregnancy and facilitates a gentle recovery from childbirth while bonding with their baby. It’s a chance to pause and learn meditation, all while embracing creativity. This simple moment shared between moms and babies allows a sense of zen.

The Prenatal and Young Families Center offers various workshops to support parents and their children. “Waiting for baby” prepares future parents for birth. “With baby (0 to 12 months)” stimulates the development of babies with fun activities. “With children (13 months to 5 years)” encourages the overall development of young children through play and development. Finally, the “Cafés Causeries” offer exchange spaces for parents, with parallel activities for children.
